Joe Biden committed the Quid Pro Quo in Ukraine via his phone call with Burisma exec and Hunter Biden in the room and maybe by email whereby Joe Biden has used different phoney email accounts to disguise his business activities as a member of the executive branch V.P. under O'Bumma. One week later Biden went to Ukraine in charge of deliverance of 1 Billion in aid approved by Congress. Biden was given no executive authority to demand conditions for Ukraine to receive the aid on any terms what so ever. Instead he demanded that Poreschenko fire the prosecutor who was investigating what every one new including the authorities in Ukraine how corrupt Burisma was. Poreschenko then fired Victor Shokin the Ukraine appointed investigator to Burisma per Quid Pro Joes demand in lieu of getting the 1 Billion in US aid.

A document was uncovered by Congressional subpoena to the FBI previously kept secret from the American People obtained by the Comer led House Select Committee on the Impeachment Inquiry of Joe Biden. That document said Wray under oath was from one of the FBI's most reliable sources embedded in Ukraine. The source quoted in that FBI Doc stated via phone interviews with then Burisma officials that they paid both Hunter and Joe Biden 5 Million each back then to fire Victor Shokin. When asked why they did not act on that information in the form of an investigation into the Bidens Ray said it was to protect that much needed internal informant in Ukraine as he was so reliable and for his or her's safety.
